Gather teams around commitments for sustainable development
Teams4SDGs is a workshop started in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2023. The original idea is that both companies and individuals act for sustainability, but there is a lack of commitment at a team level within organizations. In the IT sector specifically, teams are evaluated regarding their results and performance, but sustainability is not considered at this level.
At the same time, more and more effort is made to strengthen the link between team members, especially in a post-Covid and remote-working context.
Teams4SDGs workshops aim at helping teams bond around commitments for sustainability. Participants can share what matters the most to them (wildlife protection, climate change, responsible consumption…), brainstorm ideas for a positive impact and decide on actions to actually make a difference. All together.
